What does Alpine Trail Systems offer?
We specialize in high-quality, bolt-on rock sliders designed specifically for various vehicle models. Each set is tailored to fit your vehicle precisely, with options for powder coating and tread step plates.

Are your products made-to-order or in stock?
We maintain a small inventory of partially completed units to expedite order fulfillment. Final assembly and finishing are completed upon order placement.

Do you offer installation services?
Currently, we do not offer installation services. Our rock sliders are designed for bolt-on installation, and we provide all necessary hardware and instructions.

Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website at alpinetrailsystems.com.

What is the typical lead time for orders?
We aim for a lead time of approximately one week from order placement to readiness for pickup. However, as we are a new and growing company, this may vary. We will be in touch with you via e-mail with updates.

Can I customize my rock sliders?
Current customization options include:

Powder Coating: Choose between raw steel or a durable powder-coated finish.
Tread Step Plates: Optional addition for enhanced functionality.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer shipping?
At this time, we do not offer shipping. All orders are available for pickup only. We plan to offer shipping options in the future.

Where and how do I pick up my order?
Pickups are by appointment in North Boulder, Colorado. After your order is ready, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.

Cancellations & Returns

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover materials and labor.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of pickup, provided the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return transportation.

Product Details & Warranty

Are the rock sliders bolt-on or weld-on?
Our standard rock sliders are bolt-on, designed for easy installation. We also offer generic, built-to-length weld-on kits upon request.

What comes with the rock sliders?
Each set includes:

Rock sliders tailored to your vehicle
All necessary mounting hardware
Installation instructions (coming soon!)

Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty covering structural defects in materials and workmanship. The powder-coated finish is covered for six months from purchase against peeling or flaking. The warranty does not cover damage from use, misuse, accidents, or improper installation.
