About Us

Why We Do What We Do

At Alpine Trail Systems, we design and build high-quality rock sliders for 4x4 vehicles — right here in Boulder, Colorado.

Founded by two friends with a shared passion for off-roading, fabrication, and thoughtful craftsmanship, ATS was born from the idea of making gear we’d actually want on our own rigs. Nathan brings the engineering mindset and product development experience, while Caley contributes expert-level fabrication and precision workmanship. Together, we create products that are strong, cleanly styled, and purpose-built for real-world use.

We believe off-road protection should be both accessible and well-designed. That’s why we focus on direct-to-customer sales, local manufacturing, and smart features that offer value without compromise. Every ATS rock slider is built to handle rugged trails, with a look and feel that reflects careful engineering and attention to detail.

As a small and growing operation, we’re still learning and improving. We're starting with bolt-on rock sliders for select vehicles, with a few key customization options. In time, we plan to expand our product line to include bumpers, weld-on kits, and other off-road components — all with the same commitment to quality, fit, and function.

We also believe in doing things the right way — not just in our builds, but on the trail. We support respectful, responsible recreation and want to help build a community that takes care of the places we love to explore.

Thanks for being part of the journey. Whether you're just starting out or have a built rig ready for backcountry miles, we hope ATS earns a spot on your vehicle — and in your off-road story.
